One of the NU Property & Casualty Group’s methods of outreach is its Claims Magazine. Subtitled “Covering the Business of Loss,” this publication covers a wide range of topics that relate to insurance claims.

The NU Property & Casualty Group publishes a new issue of Claims every two months. The November/December 2023 issue of Claims presented that year’s “Fraudster Hall of Shame.” It also included examinations of nuclear verdicts (extremely high insurance payouts) and subrogation (obtaining reimbursement from at-fault parties). Other issues of Claims have included articles such as “Policyholder Retention Issues,” “Identifying Fraud in BI (Bodily Injury) Claims,” and “Avoiding Runaway Verdicts.”
